May 2008 update: Mortgage rates appear to be stabilizing in the face of a threatened recession.  FHA has raised loan limits significantly (Mesa Co is now $371,250). Please visit my calculator page to find loan limits in your county. I have 100% financing available again. This is the ideal time to consider re-financing; and to start the home purchase process.  There are whispers of being at the bottom of the mortgage crisis, even as credit restrictions tighten around us all. President Bush signed HR 3648 - The Mortgage Foregiveness Debt Relief Act of 2007.  Call me for info and check the changes.
